Right pricing is key to home sales.

According to real estate author Dick Zeller “the odds in today’s marketplace to sell something overpriced are zero”. Agents should know whether they missed the market by overpricing a house within two weeks, according to Zeller. He goes on to say “agents need to be able to communicate to buyers why this is a good time to buy. Home prices are low, affordability hasn’t been this good in years, the selection of houses is wide and interest rates are at historic lows“. It should also be stressed to buyers that the interest rates have been climbing in the past few weeks. Remind them that this will affect the home price they can afford.
